Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package with unlimited growth potential, starting at $50-70k base (negotiable for candidates with large books of business) and OTE of $100k+ in year 1, with opportunities to earn over $200k after developing a book of business in year 2 and beyond.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly competitive National Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Pipeline Development: Create and manage your own pipeline using our relationship-focused approach.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated with essential details of client interactions.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Outreach: Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods, including cold calls, warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other strategic campaigns.
  • Client Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Be trained in market knowledge and industry standards to offer consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with carrier account managers and operations teams to seamlessly onboard and manage new accounts.

This role requires a proven track record of developing networks, building lasting relationships, and effectively negotiating and closing deals. Ideal candidates possess a strong drive to succeed, thrive on achieving goals, and excel in situations requiring initiative and independence.
