We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCV Manager to join our team at the Everett Housing Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assigning work for a team of Certification Specialists, who are each responsible for an assigned caseload of elderly and disabled and non-rent study Housing Choice Voucher program participants that are part of traditional rent calculation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and assign work for a team of Certification Specialists
- Implement triennial reviews for fixed income households
- Monitor and perform Reasonable Accommodation evaluations for the department
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Community Development, Public Administration, Human Services, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of progressively responsible rental assistance or program management experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity
- Knowledge of federal and local housing, community service, and supportive service programs
- Strong supervisory, administrative, and quantitative skills
