Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all appointments, procedures, and tests for patients, both inpatient and outpatient.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is properly routed to relevant hospital departments.
  • Guide patients on how to prepare for upcoming visits and treatments, including preoperative and postoperative instructions.
  • Handle and filter all incoming calls for the assigned physician(s), directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while taking clear and accurate messages.
  • Maintain tracking systems to guarantee timely receipt of patient results.
  • Oversee the clinical and administrative schedules of the designated physician(s) to optimize workflow.
  • Facilitate smooth patient flow throughout the office.
  • Verify that all patient records are complete prior to their scheduled visits.
