Position Overview:

  • Accountable for upholding cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of living spaces within skilled nursing facilities.
  • Maintains a hygienic environment for residents, visitors, and personnel.

Essential Information:

All employees at Cascadia Healthcare are required to successfully complete the facility's background check protocols prior to engaging with patients or residents.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Preferred: At least six months of experience in a long-term care environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Guarantee the overall sanitation and comfort of the facility.
  • Monitor inventory levels, communicate supply requirements, and inform supervisors accordingly.
  • Conduct inspections of the premises, suggest enhancements, and report findings to management.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed.
