Community Service Manager

Taylor Morrison is seeking a highly skilled Community Service Manager I to join our team. As a Community Service Manager I, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all Taylor Morrison homeowners receive exceptional customer service with 100% satisfaction.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job:
In this role, you will support the Customer Service department in ensuring that all TM homeowner's warranty service is performed in a timely, efficient, neat, courteous, and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include becoming proficient in data entry into BuildPro, conducting Taylor Morrison procedures for home reviews, addressing new and current homeowner's concerns demonstrating the highest level of knowledge and customer satisfaction in a prompt courteous manner relating to warranty items that need repair within the parameters of the Warranty Program, performing accurate assessments of all service requests submitted by homeowners and answering any warranty questions timely and accurately. This includes visiting the homeowner to ensure the validity of the service requested, coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to perform the necessary warranty service repairs in the homeowner's home, managing all escalated customer calls to include documentation, follow-up, and work to assure closure on every claim, providing weekly tracking of all outstanding warranty work orders to the CWM's and updating as required, processing check requests for building permits and preparing permit submittals and applications, completing customer service requests timely and accurately, ordering, updating, and distributing construction-related forms, preparing and submitting building permits, administering Taylor Morrison's 10-year Structural Warranty Program to include claim analysis, follow-up, and work to assure closure on every claim.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Graduate and have a minimum of 18 months of current or recent experience in a customer service-related position with 1 year experience in residential construction preferred. You must possess excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction, computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems, time management skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, have problem-solving ability, ability to multi-task and remain focused, and ability to travel locally to meet with homeowners.
