The AP Clerk - Data Entry Professional role at Homes By Dickerson Inc offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in Accounts Payable, working closely with our Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify accuracy of invoices and payments.
  • Research & reconcile all incomplete invoices & PO's.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • 2 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Home builder experience preferred.
  • Sage CRE 300 experience preferred.
  • Timberscan experience preferred.
Compensation Package
  • A salary of $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package.
