Furniture Expertise Required

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in retail sales. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store sales through client follow-up, phone calls, and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Grow and maintain a strong client base by building your own personal clientele book and driving store sales through client follow-up, phone calls, and personalized outreach.
  • Store Management: Assist in opening and closing the store, perform daily sales reporting to the retail leadership, oversee the sales floor during high volume periods, and supervise associates to ensure excellent service to customers.
  • Sales Generation: Effectively perform the Lead Sales Associate role, serving as a role model to our sales team in sales generation and customer service by relentlessly delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
  • Certifications/ Licenses: No specific certifications or licenses required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work well independently and in a collaborative setting, proficiency in Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office.

About the Role

This role supports retail store financial performance, with locations having annual targets between $5-8M in sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving customer service experiences, exhibit aptitude for managerial responsibilities, and possess knowledge of the furniture industry.

Location and Schedule

The position is located in Austin, TX, with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience. A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
