About the Role:

As a key member of our Compensation Team, you will play a vital role in shaping and managing our compensation strategies to ensure they meet both industry standards and our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop competitive salary structures to support fair and equitable pay practices across the company.
  • Oversee benefit programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees.
  • Analyze compensation data to inform our compensation strategies.
  • Review compensation policies for the Americas region and align them with HQ standards.
  • Design regional salary plans and lead internal communications and change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates.
