Position Overview:
The Patient Service Representative I plays a crucial role in patient interaction and support, acting as the initial contact for individuals entering the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients, ensuring they complete necessary forms and consents.
- Confirm and update patient demographic and insurance details.
- Coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures as required.
- Manage referrals and prior authorizations efficiently.
- Maintain precise patient records and documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Address patient concerns and billing questions effectively.
- Fulfill continuing education obligations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
