The Role

As a Tax Services Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides tax compliance and advisory services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with research and analysis of tax laws and regulations
  • Participating in tax compliance engagements, including individual, estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Working with a team of experienced professionals to solve complex business issues
  • Proactively seeking guidance and feedback
  • Supporting select projects and demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Pursue a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Be in your 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or 4th year of a 5-year degree program
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Have strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to interact with various levels of client and firm management through written and verbal communication
