About the Internship
Grant Thornton is offering a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in audit and assurance through our summer internship program.
As an intern, you will be exposed to a variety of client engagements in different industries, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.
Our internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the audit process, from planning and risk assessment to fieldwork and reporting.
You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and build strong relationships with our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify audit issues
- Develop and implement audit procedures to test client controls
- Prepare and review audit documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality work
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and skillset
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
