About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a personalized and memorable experience by executing our purpose of "Nourishing lives by sharing traditions, authentic food and love."

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the dining room team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-service dining room environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
