Job Responsibilities- Manage the electrical estimating department, including pre-bid attendance, bid management, cost databases, and estimating software.
- Develop and implement best practices for estimating, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between disciplines and parties.
- Work closely with the Preconstruction Manager to achieve department objectives and ensure timely submittals.
- Review and approve bids, specifications, drawings, and contracts to proactively solve potential issues.
- Proven high-level construction estimating experience and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industry-leading estimating software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent progressive work experience.
A competitive salary of $160,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
