Grubb Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our residential facilities.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the property.

Job Description:
  • Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems within the residential buildings.
  • Assist with the preparation of apartments for occupancy, including painting, cleaning, and performing necessary repairs.
  • Ensure that all work orders are completed within a 24-hour time frame.
  • Adhere to all personnel directives and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of heat pump, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • HVAC certification is required, and a Certified Pool Operator license is preferred.
  • Pleasing personality and ability to work effectively with residents.
