Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity at Orchid Orthopedics

As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee Orchid's end-to-end supply chain operations, with a focus on optimizing processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules, inventory, and customer orders
  • Lead a team and collaborate with various departments
  • Oversee scheduling, buying, shipping, and receiving departments
  • Develop and manage detailed manufacturing, receiving, and shipping plans to support customer orders
  • Lead site-level supply planning and execution while owning and managing the site-level S&OP process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the supply chain
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track and evaluate supply chain performance
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to supply chain members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Sourcing
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Requirements Planning Systems
  • 4+ years of experience leading projects and applying technical business acumen for efficient supply and inventory management
