Tedeschi's Italian Eatery is seeking a talented Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious meals and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and presenting meals to the highest standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage supplies, and adhere to strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and present meals to the highest standards.
  2. Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
  3. Supply Management: Manage inventory levels, receive new supplies, and maintain accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Culinary Education: Basic culinary coursework or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  2. Education and Certification: A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is preferred, along with any relevant certifications.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in the restaurant industry is required, with previous experience preferred.
  4. Physical Demands: The ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
