Electronic Banking Function Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Digital Operations Commercial Specialist I. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating work within the department, reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, and providing support for various operations tasks. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic banking function, which includes ACH/Wire maintenance, Remote Deposit products, BillPay products, and Online Banking products.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone support for branch staff and customer support line\
- Process and maintain ACH/Wire maintenance, reports, and program initiatives for commercial customers\
- Support Remote Deposit products, BillPay products, and Online Banking products\
- Perform various types of maintenance on system, such as adding and removing account access, changing member status, monitoring new/closed accounts, resetting passwords, etc.\
Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related banking experience, and strong communicative skills.
