Senior Vice President of Technology

Throtle is seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team as Senior Vice President of Technology. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the application development team to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps.
  • Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of identity graph frameworks that enhance customer insights and personalization.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, and security within identity graph operations.
  • Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to leverage identity data for strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize our AWS cloud infrastructure to support current and future technology needs.
  • Ensure robust security measures, disaster recovery plans, and cost optimization strategies are in place.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in the development of products and services.
  • Manage the development and improvement of key elements of our architecture.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Senior leadership to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technology and other departments to drive collaboration and achieve cross-functional goals.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on application development and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale technology projects and teams.
  • Expertise in AWS services, identity resolution technologies, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
