Weekly Hours: 40 - First Shift
Key Responsibilities:- Assist production management and supervisory personnel by executing both physical and administrative tasks related to the production workflow, as well as the logistics of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Conduct all shipping and receiving operations, which includes loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Execute system transactions within the IQMS System, including posting material receipts, managing inventory movements, and processing monthly inventory audits. Carry out routine system maintenance and reporting as necessary.
- Oversee warehouse inventory control tasks, which encompass regular cycle counts, identifying and reconciling discrepancies, and processing system adjustments.
- Support production floor activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and perform janitorial duties as needed.
- Foster positive communication and teamwork among IEG associates at all levels.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
- Capability to accurately count, read, write, and interpret information while adhering to policies and procedures; strong mathematical skills are essential.
- Prior experience in inventory control, materials management, and cycle counting is preferred.
- Experience with Warehouse Management or ERP Systems, including knowledge of barcode scanning and related equipment (label printers, handheld devices).
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of industrial safety protocols in production and warehouse settings.
- Certification or ability to operate a forklift is required.
