Job Duties:
The travel nurse will coordinate and oversee home nursing services, applying the nursing process competently. Responsibilities include supervising Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses, ensuring quality care delivery.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires home visits and attendance at periodic office meetings. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential, along with agency-required liability insurance.

Patient Care:
Average patient load is 5-8 per day, with specific point values assigned to various activities such as documentation and travel. The nurse will be expected to manage between 5-10 patients daily.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in Adult Home Health or Hospice is required. Candidates must have recent specialty experience, as first-timers are not accepted.

Certifications:
Current CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.

On-Call Duties:
On-call requirements may vary by location and should be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation:
Pay packages are based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipends determined upon confirmation.
