Denver Springs is a 96-bed behavioral health facility situated in Englewood, CO, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. Our services encompass inpatient treatment, partial day programming, and intensive outpatient care. We offer assessment services around the clock, every day of the week. At Denver Springs, we are committed to transforming lives.

Position Responsibilities:


Deliver nursing care to patients experiencing illness or injury by assisting in their care through a foundational understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders, while providing direct support under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.


The LVN/LPN will facilitate and provide quality general and psychiatric nursing services to individuals admitted for treatment of substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, or psychiatric and emotional challenges.


The LVN/LPN will actively engage as a constructive member of the multi-disciplinary team, upholding the organization’s philosophy of care and program objectives.

The LVN/LPN will prioritize the safety and welfare of each patient.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure is required.

Current unencumbered license to practice issued by the State Board of Nursing

CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) must be completed within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient interaction.


Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, particularly with individuals facing chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, and psychiatric conditions, is preferred.
