Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Matrix Providers. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our military service members and their families.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing medical procedures.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the RN or MD/DO.
  • Prepare and administer prescribed medications, including oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous medications.
  • Perform support duties for complex diagnostic tests and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.
  • Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program.
  • One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation.
