Job Description: As a Laboratory Metrology Specialist at Diedre Moire Corp., you will play a crucial role in supporting our analytical chemistry team. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art HPLC and GCMS instruments, which require precise calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement new methods for sample analysis, including method validation and transfer
  • Collaborate with chemists and other laboratory personnel to resolve complex analytical issues
  • Provide expert advice on laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and method development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical chemistry, laboratory metrology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of chromatography principles, including HPLC and GCMS
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
