Senior Travel Nurse Case Manager Opportunity in Upstate New York

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week contract assignment as a Senior Travel Nurse Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case management services to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current state licensure/registration where applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar role
