KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the exterior grounds by mowing lawns, removing weeds from flower beds, trimming trees, and ensuring all litter is cleared from the premises.

Perform cleaning, welding, and repairs on containers as necessary.

Ensure that all tools and equipment used for grounds upkeep are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.

Conduct preventive maintenance on batteries and maintain comprehensive records for quarterly evaluations.

Assist with relocations within the facility, which includes disassembling and reassembling cubicles, movable partitions, office furniture, and equipment.

Support general maintenance tasks as assigned, which may involve changing light fixtures, painting, handling electrical and plumbing tasks, carpentry, and some fabrication work.

Provide routine maintenance for company vehicles.

Uphold safety standards while performing duties and identify any unsafe practices or conditions.

Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Familiarity with basic electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication techniques.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
