Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Functional QA Lead with Automation expertise to join our team in the financial industry. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team with onshore and offshore presence, driving quality and efficiency in software development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including web-based, backend, and API testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium and UFT, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Work closely with Agile teams, leveraging tools like MLQC/Client ALM and JIRA to streamline testing and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Expertise in automation tools, including Selenium and UFT.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
