Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them accordingly.
- Phone and Visitor Management: Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, or take thorough messages.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, maintain accurate records of transactions, and use documents to verify and post transaction details.
- Clerical Duties: Assist with tasks such as organizing the mailing system, communicating messages, and completing records to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports on statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other business operations metrics.
Requirements:
