Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our team at Vellichor Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Identify, label, and maintain inventory levels, recording location and reporting shortages.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies, and stage finished product for final distribution.
  • Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
  • Quality Control: Verify materials and supply codes, lot numbers, and quantities for credit-return material and supplies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1 year of warehouse experience, with previous experience operating a forklift or pallet jack a plus.
  • Skills: Organizational skills, ability to read and analyze information, adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
