ASC Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our ambulatory surgery center, specializing in orthopedic and spine surgery, as well as interventional pain management.

• Direct, coordinate, and control all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
• Manage the clinical departments of nursing, central supply, housekeeping, and supervise contracted services.
• Monitor the adequate function of surgical equipment and patient care equipment.
• Identify and develop new services defined as appropriate for ambulatory surgery centers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Nursing or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a top administrative or supervisory/management position within an ASC.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
