About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for working with patients with behavioral health needs. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health and well-being.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing direct patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in behavioral health.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- One year of relevant experience in behavioral health, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
