- Conduct routine maintenance on pipes to prevent leaks and other issues.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the overall functionality of the school's infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as leaks or clogs, to minimize disruptions to school activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or licensure as a plumber.
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a focus on commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Plumber will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to physical demands, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with school staff and administrators.
