Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during your shift, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Perform all duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers, including operating the cash register, collecting payment from customers, and delivering products in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Domino's Pizza grooming standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall store performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
