  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Domino's Pizza grooming standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall store performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
