Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply administrative expertise to provide accurate reports, track and reconcile coupons and certificates, and create and post crew work schedules.
  • Ensure store safety and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Monitor cash procedures and ensure accuracy of bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation, and justification of all cash variances.
  • Assemble the ultimate pizza experience for every guest.
  • Assume store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strategies to keep customers coming back.
  • Adequate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
  • A team player with a willingness to cover shifts in the event of absences.
  • The ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of the workday.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
