Key Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience post-Nurse Practitioner training.
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner - ANCC - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty.
- ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource certification within 180 days.
- Drug Enforcement Administration certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
