About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping patients find relief from joint pain and arthritis. You will work collaboratively with our physicians and healthcare team to provide exceptional care and be involved in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose patients under the supervision of a physician.
- Provide patient-centered care and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct viscosupplementation procedures using the latest technology and clinically researched products.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and record patient progress.
- Work collaboratively with staff and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate and counsel patients about their treatment plans and provide ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program.
- Hold an NCCPA certification.
- Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license for the state of Minnesota.
- Must be CPR/BLS certified.
- At least 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, preferably in orthopedics, pain management, or sports medicine.
