This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a contract specialist, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating spend contracts, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract templates, guidelines, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and consistency across the business.
  • SUPERVISE AND MENTOR DIRECT REPORT, PROVIDING DIRECTION ON CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORTING THEIR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of contract negotiations, approvals, and compliance measures, including management of online contract repository.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and formation, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and exposure.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing contract workflows and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Knowledge of COUPA or other Contract Management Platform is a strong plus.
