- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in game development with a portfolio showcasing previously shipped games.
- Experience as a Technical Lead.
- Proficiency in C++ and other programming languages.
- Expertise in at least one area of game development, such as gameplay, game engine, rendering, tools, online services, etc.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Passion for games and an understanding of what makes a game fun and engaging.
