Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred and highly recommended.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and the design, development of complex systems, including as a team lead.
- Experience working in multiple Agile methodologies and familiarity with the tooling used to coordinate this work.
- Experience with web-specific processes and technologies, including requirements, design/UX, accessibility, content management systems, front-end frameworks, SEO, clickstream analytics, and tag management.
- Robust knowledge of several programming languages.
- Expertise in modern delivery and deployment practices, such as CI/CD, quality automation, test-driven development, blue/green releases strategies, etc.
- Experience developing for and deploying to cloud environments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated judgment and decisiveness in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Leadership, organizational, and delegation skills to break large projects down into milestones and assign tasks best suited to team members.

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $140,790 - $255,530
Low (N1): $140,790 - $211,090
Mid (N2): $148,200 - $222,200
High (N3): $163,020 - $244,420
Top (N4): $170,430 - $255,530
