About the Role

The Inbound Operations Expert plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. This includes:

  • Creating a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Engaging with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
  • Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
  • Stocking, backstocking, and zoning product on sales floors
  • Maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories
  • Operating power equipment safely and efficiently
  • Working with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing defectives and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up
Requirements
