Role Overview: The IT Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the technological operations within the manufacturing facility. This position guarantees the uninterrupted operation and high availability of IT systems, services, and infrastructure, supporting both operational requirements and strategic objectives. The IT Operations Manager will lead the IT Operations Support Analysts and Field Services Analysts to work collaboratively with Corporate IT, plant personnel, and other departments to promote IT excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of IT Operations Analysts, providing direction, establishing objectives, and encouraging professional growth.
  • Manage all IT-related tasks and incidents within ServiceNow, ensuring optimal support and swift resolution of issues.
  • Initiate efforts to diagnose and resolve intricate application, infrastructure, and other IT-related challenges that affect business operations.
  • Oversee the development and upkeep of critical reports utilizing PowerBI and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Promote continuous enhancement in IT practices, tools, and procedures to improve system reliability and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in IT operations, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with industry-specific systems such as Siemens Camstar, PAC, OPC, PLCs, OSI PI.
  • Proficiency in supporting applications using .NET, T-SQL, and familiarity with SSRS and PowerBI.
  • Certifications in technical areas such as Cisco, SAP, or Microsoft.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, enterprise/client hardware, and networking.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $116,076.00, assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful candidate is contingent on various job-related factors, including geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Benefits available for this position may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
