This key leadership role will involve building and leading a team of 20+ professionals responsible for providing our customer with exceptional service with our water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large team in safely & reliably operating a complex water/wastewater plant at an industrial customer site
• Manage the customer relationship that involves a complex contract
• Responsible for lifecycle management of all assets at the plant, ensuring the team has necessary tools, and skills to prevent failures and deterioration of equipment

Requirements

• BS degree in a technical field: Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industrial background and leadership experience in operations/services
• EHS-focused
• Team-oriented
• Computer proficient with ability to learn other software applications
