**Job Title:** Seafood Team Lead Coordinator

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Seafood Team Lead Coordinator at Whole Foods Market. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and executing the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs at your assigned store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and hold team members accountable for providing outstanding service.
  • Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
  • Monitor customer flow and assign tasks to balance the needs of all customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge and awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.
  • Ensure effective and efficient responses to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners.
  • Maintain high performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong task management skills to balance dynamic customer flows.
  • Demonstrated understanding of labor utilization and task management's impact on performance metrics and customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Decision-making, leadership, and prioritization skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Work requires standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
  • Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of **$60,000 - $80,000 per year**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our organization.
