Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and Diagnose Communicative Disorders: Assess and diagnose communicative or oral lingual disorders and delays in children from birth to 3 years old.
  • Provide Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs and promote language development.
  • Collaborate with Families and Professionals: Work with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
  • Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Regularly evaluate progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must be licensed by the State's Speech Pathology and Audiology Board.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, with relevant experience working with children with communicative disorders.
