**Job Title:** Medical Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to join our team at Alluvion Health. As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients and be responsible for managing patient care plans, performing physical examinations, and prescribing medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary health care to patients according to established principles of clinical practice and the patient's current Health Care Plan;
- Assist the Medical Director and other physicians in revision and implementation of practice principles, clinical protocols, and health care plans as needed;
- Supervise, consult with, and precept residents, medical students, and staff nurse practitioners and physician assistants as directed;
- Safeguard all patients' health information whether written, verbal, and electronic with privacy and confidentiality;
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions;
- Document patient histories, progress notes, interventions, and orders in the electronic health record;
- Promote the mission and vision of Alluvion Health and work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to ensure compliance with HRSA 330 requirements and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited medical school, licensed to practice as a physician in Montana with full prescriptive authority, current DEA, and board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine;
- Two years' experience in a clinical setting preferred;
- Active Montana license to practice medicine, board certification preferred, and valid Driver's License issued by the State of Montana;
- Intermediate to advanced software knowledge in Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn and adequately operate Alluvion Health software applications;
- Fluent in the English language and ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)
