We're Looking for a Wood Fired Pizza Maker: We need a dedicated back-of-house team member to join our pub and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role possesses a positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service. They must be willing to support in various ways beyond the kitchen when needed and have strong initiative, going above and beyond without being asked. A passion for details and delivering exceptional results is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and operate a clean and organized kitchen/ work area
  • Follow food service guidelines and comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaboration with the team and management ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Work on a pizza building and baking line with colleagues, baking wood-fired pizzas, starting fires, applying toppings, etc.
  • Execute different menu items and prep items for the menu during shifts
  • Occasionally assist in the prep kitchen as required
