Head Pizza Chef

We are seeking a skilled Head Pizza Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team at Marinos Pizzeria LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, utilizing our brick wood oven.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hand-stretching dough and be knowledgeable about kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

• Prepare all served food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring seamless execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, abbreviations, plate appearances, and portions.
• Follow established recipes and special diet orders, adhering to strict quality control measures.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing waste and optimizing productivity.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to meet health and safety regulations.

• Prior experience as a pizza chef or in a related role, with a proven track record of excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to withstand the demands of working in a commercial kitchen.

Our estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
