About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Boiler Operations Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of boiler operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain boiler systems, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and respond to alarm systems and emergency situations
  • Perform regular inspections and testing of boiler equipment
  • Develop and implement procedures for boiler operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in boiler operations or a related field
  • Universal CFC certification preferred; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems a plus
  • Strong knowledge of boiler systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
