About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our $60 million PennDOT project in Wilkes-Barre, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the project's execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver the project on time and within budget
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including PennDOT officials, to ensure project compliance and satisfaction
* Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress and performance
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in heavy highway construction
* Strong knowledge of PennDOT regulations and procedures
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
