Responsibilities:
Foster a service-oriented approach while performing duties alongside fellow employees, patients, medical staff, and visitors.

Oversee the clinical and technical operations within a designated section of the laboratory.


Execute the responsibilities of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, conducting a range of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriological procedures of varying complexity, adhering to established protocols to generate data critical for disease diagnosis and treatment.


Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field from an accredited institution.


Current certification as one of the following: Medical Technologist (Med Tech), Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS), Medical Lab Scientist (MLS), or Medical Lab Technologist (MLT).

Certification by ASCP or NCA is required.

Must hold a valid Medical Technologist license in the state of North Dakota.
