Job Summary

The Assistant Director of the Holy Cross Fund is a key member of the College's advancement team, responsible for leading the digital fundraising efforts and engaging alumni to support the College's mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage and cultivate alumni for the Holy Cross Fund, leveraging digital technologies to build relationships and grow annual financial support.
  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, using digital tools to execute regular touch points and solicitations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement a business plan to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Work closely with class volunteers and leadership to support reunion gift efforts and fundraising campaigns.
  • Provide a personalized engagement and giving experience for identified donor groups, leveraging digital strategies to build relationships and grow support.
Requirements
  • A strong skillset in digital technologies, including social media, texting, and video conferencing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a team and as an individual performer.
  • Initiative, good judgment, and sensitivity to confidential information.
  • Ability to meet people easily, work well with others, and project a positive image of the College.
  • Strong analytic skills, including the ability to look at data and draw conclusions to inform strategies and tactics.
